Customer Care Specialist.
The ideal candidate has a passion for home decor and will go above and beyond to help our customer. With a strong work ethic and the ability to learn new systems quickly, the Customer Care Specialist will head up all customer inquiries, manage the fulfillment of drop-ship orders through to delivery & ensure website reflects accurate shipping information. This self-motivated individual will work closely with the entire Rug & Weave team and will build relationships with our customers.
- Minimum 3 years customer service experience
- Effective communicator through email, telephone and in person and ability to handle difficult situations through to resolution.
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices
- Excellent organizational skills
- Extremely proficient at typing and
Full Time - 30-40 hours / week, paid hourly.
Availability - Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 4:00 pm
