After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation to your email with your order number. Most products ship from our headquarters in Guelph, Canada via UPS or Canada Post Expedited Parcel. For these orders, a tracking # will be sent to you via email once the order ships.
Most orders will be received in 4-7 business days from the date your order is placed. Delays may be experienced due to COVID-19. Delivery delays with shipping carriers are not the responsibility of Rug & Weave.
Shipping is FREEon orders over $150 CAD to Canada & USA. We offer $10 flat rate shipping for all orders under $150 CAD within Canada, and $15 flat rate for orders going to the US.
Please allow 3 weeks for delivery to Canadian addresses and 7 business days to US addresses for in stock items.You will receive a tracking # when your rug is ready to ship out! Your rug will be shipping directly from the manufacturer. If your rug is on back order, you will be notified within 2 business days. We will then provide you with the estimated ship date!
No duties will be charge to Canadian or US customers. If there are additional items in your order, they will ship separately.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery as our furniture ships directly from the manufacturer. No duties will be charged to Canadian or US customers on furniture orders. All Furniture orders are final sale.
White glove delivery is available upon request. White glove delivery includes unpacking, assembly, and garbage removal by the delivery company. Please contact us for details.

RETURNS & STORE CREDIT
It's no biggie, we understand how important it is to find the right fit! Here's the lowdown on returning your items to us, we promise it's short & sweet:
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product(s) to obtain return information. We offer store credit on all products online & in store, excluding clearance. All products in the clearance sections are final sale.
Rug samples do not have a deadline for return - they can be returned for store credit at any time. This credit can also be applied to a rug purchase or toward any other purchase.
A store credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card once we receive your returned product(s). Your store credit never expires, and can be used on any future purchase(s).
We will happily accept returns of unused items in the same condition in which they were shipped. The shipper is responsible for the costs associated with returning the item(s).
