Vintage Boujad rug handwoven in the middle Atlas Mountains of Moroccan by Berber women. This particular Boujad features a low, soft pile, made from 100% wool and dyed with vegetable dyes. The rare Boujad is signed by the artisan and dated to 1981. Note that this rug has a thin & flexible pile construction, and thus we recommend a rug pad or anti slip pad to prevent rug movement & bunching.
*Note that there is one spot that has been patched/repaired at the near end of the rug. Please see last 2 photos.
